Southern EZ Storage hosts an auction at least once a year. We abide by all laws on storage facility auctions. Mike Porter of Porter Auctions, Inc. is our auctioneer. No owner or employee of Southern EZ Storage may bid on the auction.
As the unit is over locked, with the customers lock intact, no employeee has knowledge of what each unit contains. The unit is unlocked during auction proceedings, at which time potential bidders may look into it. Bidders are not allowed to enter the unit.
All firearms found are to be turned over to the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office. Personal photos and legal documents are to be given to storage personnel.
